Nimbu Yumbu is a surf school founded by Yury Alvarez, a native of Tamarindo, Costa Rica with over 13 years of coaching. With deep roots in the local surf culture, Yury is not just a surf coach; she is a passionate advocate for the ocean and an ambassador for the vibrant surf culture of Costa Rica, together with her team of local international certified surf coaches are dedicated to sharing their passion for surfing and the beautiful waves of Costa Rica. 

 

We strive to provide an authentic and enriching experience for surfers of all levels, fostering a love for the ocean and the surf lifestyle. Come ride the waves with us!
